Wendy Faraone, an Italian and American citizen, is a dynamic and influential director in television and film. She started out in the industry as an on-set acting coach where she worked on nearly 300 television episodes. Toward the end of her coaching career, she was honored to be asked to direct "Liv and Maddie" on Disney Channel. After a successful first episode, the network had Wendy pilot a program for women directors, and in the last seven years, she has directed over 100 episodes and three pilots. Wendy was the first woman to direct a pilot at Nickelodeon.

Wendy's true passion is in film and single-camera work. Recently, she directed a holiday feature film shot in the Highlands of Scotland titled "Saving Christmas Spirit." It was sold to AMC and is also streaming on Amazon, Peacock, and Tubi. Wendy is contracted to direct a thriller, "Megan is a Good Girl," which will be a theatrical release with Little Fighter Productions. She has produced and directed a single-camera comedy pitch presentation titled "Lake Tuna", and is in development on two different comedies as well as three more feature films.

Wendy is thrilled to be playing a major role in changing the percentage of women directors in Hollywood, and she succeeds with every opportunity given to her.
